The Role

We’re hiring an Admissions & Enrollment Lead to own Prisma’s day-to-day admissions pipeline, from first inquiry through enrollment.

You will own the admissions experience for families once they inquire about Prisma — helping them determine fit and supporting their enrollment journey with professionalism and heart.

This is not transactional sales. It’s mission-driven, consultative enrollment.

You will:

• Own the admissions pipeline end-to-end in HubSpot — ensuring every lead is current, prioritized, and thoughtfully progressed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them from first inquiry through enrollment.
• Lead 1:1 parent info sessions, facilitating authentic, thoughtful conversations about fit.
