Withdrawal policy
While we’re sad to see you leave, we understand that families may choose to withdraw a learner from Prisma for a variety of reasons. Completion of the formal withdrawal form will serve as your formal request to withdraw your child from Prisma. (To withdraw multiple learners, please complete one form per child.)
Refund policy
The deposit paid at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment is non-refundable.
Refunds of tuition over and above the deposit may be granted with a 30-day notice of learner withdrawal. The date of withdrawal from Prisma along with the family’s payment frequency determines what, if any, amount of tuition may be refunded as well as whether a final tuition payment is due at the time of withdrawal.
Please note:
- Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
- Families may owe a final tuition payment to Prisma—prorated according to the withdrawal date—in which case all tuition outstanding is due at the time of withdrawal.
- Families who received a discount for annual tuition prepayment will receive a prorated refund less the value of the discount.
- All refunds or final payments will be calculated when reviewing a family’s account as part of the withdrawal process.
Tuition payment delinquency
Delinquent tuition payments will result in the following:
- 30 days past due: Learner and parent access to Prisma tools, workspaces, and accounts will be disabled (and will be restored upon full payment of past-due tuition).
- 60 days past due: The learner will be considered ‘withdrawn’ from Prisma, with future enrollment disallowed until past-due tuition is fully paid.
- Collections: If tuition is 90 days or more past due, Prisma reserves the right to refer to a collections agency.
