💡Tips for a Successful Year

Encourage Consistency: Carve out time for your learner to work on Google Classroom and Zearn/ALEKS daily. We find families that do this are most happy at Prisma. Set up systems and/or reminders for consistent live time attendance.
Stay in touch: Communicate with your child’s coach as much as needed. You are never bugging us! 🤝
Limit Distractions: Help your learner set up a quiet and organized workspace. Headphones work wonders to block out noise. 🎧
Encourage movement: Set a daily time for your learner to walk the dog, take a bike ride, or attend an extracurricular that involves movement 🏃‍♀️
Extend the learning: Bring the cycle theme into dinner time conversations or family movie night. The Conversation Kickstarters on the curriculum site are a great place to get ideas! 🗣
